Dice che quando la corrente elettrica nel <strong data-start=\"357\" data-end=\"376\">avvolgimento primario<\/strong> cambiamenti, crea un <strong data-start=\"399\" data-end=\"417\">campo magnetico<\/strong> che scorre attraverso il nucleo del trasformatore. Questo campo magnetico variabile induce una tensione nel <strong data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"536\">avvolgimento secondario<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"897\">La quantit\u00e0 di tensione nel secondario dipende da <strong data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"612\">numero di giri<\/strong> in ogni avvolgimento. In genere, gli avvolgimenti sono avvolti attorno a un <strong data-start=\"307\" data-end=\"330\">nucleo di ferro laminato<\/strong>, che aiuta a ridurre qualcosa chiamato <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Eddy_current\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"368\" data-end=\"385\">correnti parassite<\/strong><\/a>\u2014piccoli circuiti di energia sprecata che possono causare calore e perdita di potenza. La laminazione del nucleo aiuta a mantenere il flusso magnetico efficiente e concentrato.<\/p><p data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"872\">Esistono due tipi principali di layout di avvolgimento: <strong data-start=\"568\" data-end=\"581\">tipo di nucleo<\/strong> E <strong data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"600\">tipo conchiglia<\/strong>In un <strong data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"632\">trasformatore a nucleo<\/strong>, gli avvolgimenti circondano il nucleo. In un <strong data-start=\"671\" data-end=\"697\">trasformatore a guscio<\/strong>, il nucleo circonda gli avvolgimenti. Ecco alcuni tipi comuni:<\/p><ul data-start=\"293\" data-end=\"923\"><li data-start=\"293\" data-end=\"440\"><p data-start=\"295\" data-end=\"440\"><strong data-start=\"295\" data-end=\"314\">Avvolgimento elicoidale<\/strong>: Un avvolgimento a forma di spirale, spesso <a href=\"https:\/\/grwinding.com\/it\/considerazioni-essenziali-sullavvolgimento-per-trasformatori-ad-alta-frequenza\/\">utilizzato nei trasformatori ad alta corrente<\/a>\u00c8 semplice, resistente e adatto a gestire forti correnti.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"594\"><p data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"594\"><strong data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"460\">Avvolgimento del disco<\/strong>: Realizzato con bobine piatte disposte a strati come un sandwich. Permette un migliore raffreddamento ed \u00e8 ideale per trasformatori di media e alta tensione.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"736\"><p data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"736\"><strong data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"618\">Avvolgimento a sandwich<\/strong>: Gli strati degli avvolgimenti primari e secondari sono alternati. Questa progettazione riduce le perdite e migliora l&#039;accoppiamento magnetico.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"923\"><p data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"923\"><strong data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"760\">Avvolgimento toroidale<\/strong>: Le bobine sono avvolte ad anello attorno a un nucleo toroidale (a forma di ciambella). Questi trasformatori sono compatti, efficienti e presentano interferenze elettromagnetiche molto basse.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"1107\">Ogni tipo di avvolgimento offre vantaggi diversi: alcuni consentono di risparmiare spazio, altri gestiscono meglio il calore e altri ancora riducono le perdite di energia. Quando la corrente scorre attraverso gli avvolgimenti, parte dell&#039;energia viene persa sotto forma di calore. Questo fenomeno \u00e8 noto come <strong data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"673\">perdita di rame<\/strong>, O <strong data-start=\"678\" data-end=\"690\">Perdita I\u00b2R<\/strong>, che deriva dalla resistenza del materiale di avvolgimento stesso.
